Two Days At ICON Park Orlando

ICON Park is a 20 acre open-air entertainment complex featuring fun games and attractions for the whole family.  There are also over 40 different restaurants, shops, kiosks and food carts in this area to keep you occupied for hours.  Even though, my friend and I arrived in Orlando half a day late, we still had almost 2 days to spend at ICON Park.

We both got the ICON Park Play Pass which allowed us to experience 8 of the park’s top attractions.  I wrote about that on my previous blog here.  There were a few other attractions not included in the pass like the Christmas photo experience and tours that we did not do.  We did enjoy a few food options and had a great time exploring the park.

Getting There

My friend and I stayed at Rosen Inn on 6327 International Drive which was only about a 30 minute walk/stroll to ICON Park.  There were so many restaurants, shops and things to see that our walk/stroll did not seem long or boring at all.  We would either stop at a few shops to buy what we needed for the day or eat at one the restaurants that are on the way.

ICON Park Play Pass

The ICON Park Play Pass is just a discounted bundled ticket package that includes 8 of their top attractions.  I wrote about it previously here.  What is great about it, was that we had 30 days to use the pass after we redeemed our first attraction.  This way we did not have to rush to do everything in a limited amount of time.  Having this pass also got us to skip the box office line to buy tickets individually.  We were able to go right up to the admission counter to scan in right away.
