The stadium is moving to be more accessible for all fans.

ATLANTA — Mercedes-Benz Stadium is making major updates to improve accessibility and inclusivity for all guests, including a newly upgraded sensory room designed for individuals with sensory processing needs.
The sensory room, located on the 100-level concourse at Section 133, features adjustable lighting, calming visuals and comfortable seating, offering a quiet retreat for guests who may feel overstimulated by the stadium environment. It was designed in partnership with KultureCity, a nonprofit focused on accessibility and inclusion.
“At Mercedes-Benz Stadium, we are committed to offering an accessible and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our core value of ‘Including Everyone’ drives our deep-rooted dedication to inclusivity,” said Toyya Lassere, the senior director of guest experience at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The room includes bubble walls, bean bags and other tactile objects to help guests self-regulate. Sensory bags containing noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads are also available for those who need additional support. Stadium staff receive annual training from medical professionals on how to assist guests with sensory sensitivities.
In addition to the sensory room, MBS is expanding its family-oriented offerings with new Mamava lactation pods. Located at Section 133 on the 100-level concourse and Section 345 on the 300-level concourse, the private pods provide a clean and comfortable space for parents to nurse or pump during events.
