Our group tours typically include:

Accessibility and Support

Are the hotels accessible?

Yes, all hotels in our Group Tours are accessible, and roll-in showers are guaranteed. We verify accessibility features directly with providers and re-confirm before your trip, ensuring the space meets our standards and your comfort.

You can also view the detailed accessibility information for each of our hotels listings to see if it fits your needs. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns you may have prior to booking.

What about transportation and activities?

Absolutely! We carefully curate each trip with accessibility in mind, including attractions, activities, and transportation. Trips include transfers to and from the airport, transportation to and from the planned activities/attractions.

Will I receive help with my accessibility needs during the trip?

Yes! Our local guides and support team assist with general needs throughout the trip. However, tours do not include one-on-one assistance. Let us know if personalized assistance is required, and we’ll gladly help coordinate this for you.

Is adaptive equipment available to use?

Rentals are available in most destinations, such as wheelchairs, shower chairs, commode chairs, Hoyer lifts, and more.

I need caregiver support or pusher services. Do you offer this?

In some destinations, these are available. We can accommodate these services for an extra fee.

Travel Logistics

Are transfers included? Yes, ground transfers in wheelchair-accessible vans are included unless specified.

How is transportation handled? Transportation is fully accessible, with trained drivers and pre-arranged comfort and safety measures.

Are flights included in the package? No, flights are not included.

How many people are typically in a group? Our groups usually range from 8 to 12 travelers.

What is the level of physical demand on these tours? Tours are designed to accommodate various mobility levels. Participate at your own pace.

Can I customize my Group Tour itinerary? Customization within the set schedule is limited, but pre- or post-trip packages can be tailored.

Do you help with pre/post-trip arrangements? Absolutely! Our team can tailor additional experiences for you.

The Booking Process

Check out the offered itineraries and destinations. You can view the detailed accessibility information, dates, and daily itinerary on each one. There are two ways you can reserve your spot:

What if all Group Tours for my preferred destination are sold out? You can join the waitlist to be notified of cancellations or new dates that become available.

What happens if I need to cancel due to a medical issue? Contact us immediately. Flexible options may be available per our policies.

Do I need travel insurance? Yes, it is mandatory. We recommend Allianz for comprehensive coverage.

What are the payment and cancellation policies? Policies vary by tour. Details are provided during booking.
